Please prepare the following documents and information before completing your application. Each requirement is essential for the vetting process and loan approval.

Background / Credit Check / UCC Lien Search

Provide a comprehensive explanation of any red flags in your credit history, UCC liens, or background issues that may affect your lending eligibility.

Identification

Submit a clear, high-quality copy of your government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, or state ID).

Contact Information

Provide your current phone number, email address, and complete mailing address for all correspondence and verification purposes.

Business Information

Include your entity name, authorized signer name and title, along with a single signer resolution document if your business has only one authorized signer.

Legal Documents

Submit your Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement, and Certificate of Good Standing (if applicable) to verify your business's legal status.

Business Members

Provide contact information for any other members or partners of your business entity, including their roles and ownership percentages.

Recent Transactions

Submit 3 HUD settlement statements (HUD-1 forms) from real estate transactions completed within the last 12 months to demonstrate your recent activity.

Experience & Vision

Provide your resume or detailed explanation of your real estate experience, investment goals, business vision, and long-term strategy.

References

Supply lender references from previous HUD transactions, including contact information and details about your working relationships.

Personal Guarantee

Submit a signed personal guarantee document and provide verification of personal assets that support your guarantee commitment.

Collateral

Detail any cross-collateral assets available for lien, including property descriptions, current values, and existing encumbrances.
